Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese dressing (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Add the shredded chicken to your slow cooker
  2. Spoon in the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and blue cheese dressing.
  3. Pour in the hot sauce and stir lightly to coat the chicken.
  4. Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway.
  6. When everything is melted and creamy, taste and adjust seasoning.
  7. Switch to WARM and serve with chips, celery, or crackers.
